Most leaders keep running and executing without ever pausing to hear from God, reducing faith to another box to check. FindingLife challenges you to Hear & Follow Jesus in your life, work and leadership, so He can do the impossible through you.
Are you running on empty, giving everything to everyone but leaving no time for Jesus to fill you with His Life? Have you built real success without a real relationship with Him underneath it, leading in your own strength? Are you alone, carrying weight nobody else is carrying with you? When’s the last time you actually rested long enough to remember the Purpose you started with?
That’s not sacrifice. That’s mediocrity wearing a busy schedule.
I know the nagging thought.
I know the nagging thought that there’s more in me I must do. I ignored it for years and chased what I could do instead. A church plant that failed. A business that failed. Then I sat with that thought while working a job I was good at, at the top of my industry, paid well, and I walked away from it to chase it down.
I’ve spent 25+ years leading in churches, organizations, and as a business owner, and I’ve watched leaders lead in their own strength until they burned out or blew up. I’ve helped leaders and organizations find why they exist and live it out, and I built The Purpose Course to make that repeatable.
Where to start
The Purpose Course
A self-paced course to discover and live out the Purpose God gave you.
Speaking
Sermons, keynotes, and workshops for churches and marketplace teams.
Intensives
Focused work with you or your team to find and live out your Purpose.
The Daily Huddle
15 minutes to Hear & Follow Jesus, then one action to invest in your team, every weekday.
Purpose has an order.
There are a lot of purpose resources out there. Most stop short of how you actually discover the reason God has you in your life, work and leadership. So you stay all in on His will while waiting for a Damascus Road moment that, for most of us, never comes.
Discover your God-given Purpose by finding how God is shaping you, what He sees for you, and where He is sending you to advance His Kingdom. That’s Identity, Vision and Mission, and the order matters. Chase Vision before Identity and you build a life on what you produce instead of who He made you. Then He gives you Community, Rest and Growth to amplify it.
I’m here to help you and your team grow toward why God has you where He has you. The language changes depending on the room. The work doesn’t.
You can keep running. Keep executing. Keep leading on empty and hoping it holds.
Or we can talk.
Leaders who Hear & Follow Jesus come alive. They live on purpose, for a purpose. Their people thrive. Their organizations attract. And they draw, invest, and release the next generation of leaders.
That’s not a better version of what you’re already doing. That’s God doing the impossible through you.
